1. 수집하고 이용하는 정보
PlushDay는 사용자가 기기에서 쓰는 캘린더를 보고 편집하는 앱입니다. 앱이 다루는 정보는 다음과 같으며, 모두 사용자 기기 안에서만 읽고 저장합니다.

PlushDay는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치정보(GPS), 광고 식별자 등을 수집하지 않습니다. 서버 동기화 기능이 제공되면 3항의 정보가 서버로 전송됩니다.
2. 개인정보의 제3자 제공·공유
PlushDay는 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 오류 수집 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 현재 배포 버전은 인터넷 접속 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.
사용자가 직접 실행하는 동작
- 지도 앱 열기: 일정 상세 화면에서 장소를 눌러 지도 앱(구글 지도, 네이버 지도, 카카오맵, 애플 지도 등)을 열면, 해당 장소 문구가 사용자가 고른 지도 앱 또는 웹 페이지로 전달됩니다. 이후 처리는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.
- 계정 캘린더 동기화: 구글 캘린더 등 계정에 연결된 캘린더의 동기화는 사용자의 기기(운영체제)와 해당 계정 제공자가 처리합니다. PlushDay는 그 서비스와 직접 통신하지 않으며, 기기 캘린더에 읽고 쓰는 것뿐입니다.
3. 서버 동기화 (제공 예정 기능)
PlushDay는 여러 기기에서 같은 일정을 볼 수 있도록 PlushDay 캘린더의 일정을 서버와 동기화하는 기능을 제공할 예정입니다. 이 기능이 포함된 버전부터 아래 내용이 적용됩니다.

각 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 캘린더 권한을 끄면 일정을 표시하거나 저장할 수 없습니다.
5. 보관과 삭제
- 현재 버전에서 앱이 만든 데이터는 사용자 기기 안에만 있으며, 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 서버 동기화가 제공되면 3항의 정보는 동기화를 쓰는 동안 서버에도 보관됩니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 앱 내부 저장소의 데이터(앱에서 직접 만든 일정, 설정 등)가 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 기기 캘린더에 저장된 일정(구글 캘린더 등)은 앱 삭제와 상관없이 그대로 남으며, 해당 캘린더 서비스에서 관리합니다.
- 일정은 앱 안에서 언제든 직접 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
PlushDay는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 보안
현재 버전의 데이터는 기기 안에 저장되며 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 서버 동기화가 제공되면 전송 구간을 암호화하고 서버 접근을 제한합니다. 기기 자체의 잠금·암호화 등 보안 설정은 사용자의 기기 관리에 따릅니다.
8. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 서버 동기화처럼 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌는 기능을 배포하기 전에는 이 방침을 먼저 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱 안에서 안내와 동의를 받겠습니다.

1. Information the app handles
PlushDay lets you view and edit the calendars on your device. It reads and stores the following only on your device:
- Calendar events on your device (title, date and time, location, notes, recurrence, calendar name and color, calendar account name), used to display and save events you create or edit.
- Events you create inside the app and your app settings (view style, reminder times, colors), stored in the app's private storage.
- Reminder schedules, used to show notifications before events.
- A photo you choose from your gallery (optional), processed on your device only to pick a color. It is not uploaded.
PlushDay does not collect your name, email address, phone number, GPS location, or advertising ID.
2. Sharing
We do not sell, share, or provide your information to third parties. The app includes no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs, and the current release does not request the internet permission.
- Opening a map app. When you tap an event location to open a map app (Google Maps, Naver Map, KakaoMap, Apple Maps, etc.), the location text is passed to the map app or website you chose. Their own privacy policy then applies.
- Account calendars. Syncing of calendars linked to an account (such as Google Calendar) is handled by your device's operating system and the account provider. PlushDay only reads from and writes to the device calendar.
3. Server sync (planned feature)
PlushDay plans to offer server sync for the events you create in PlushDay calendars so you can see the same events on several devices. The following applies from the version that includes this feature.
- What is sent: title, start and end time, all-day flag, location, notes, color, recurrence rule and end condition, and an event identifier for events in PlushDay calendars.
- Why: syncing and backing up events across your devices.
- External calendars: events from calendars connected through an account (such as Google Calendar) are not sent to our server unless you separately agree.
- Protection: data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access to stored data is restricted.
- Retention: kept while you use sync; deleted without undue delay when you turn sync off or ask us to delete it.
- Deletion requests: email the contact address in section 8.
- Third parties: we do not sell or share your data. We may use a cloud infrastructure provider to run the service, only to provide it.
4. Permissions
- Calendar (read/write) – to display, create, edit, and delete events.
- Notifications and exact alarms – to show event reminders at the right time, which is a core feature of a calendar app.
- Receive boot completed – to restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
- Internet – only in versions that include server sync, to sync events. The current release does not request it.
- Vibrate and launcher badge – for haptic feedback and to show the unread reminder count on the app icon.
You can turn off any permission in your device settings at any time. Without calendar permission the app cannot show or save events.
5. Retention and deletion
- Data created by the app stays on your device; the developer cannot access it.
- Uninstalling the app deletes the app's private data (events created in the app, settings).
- Events stored in your device calendars (for example Google Calendar) remain after uninstalling and are managed by that calendar service.
6. Children
PlushDay is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the update and effective date on this page. Before releasing features that change how data is handled, such as server sync, we will update this policy first and ask for consent in the app where required.
